Our history: From the very beginning....
 
    Since the early 1990s we have been working in the area of SAP basis software, performance analysis and tuning. At that time, SAP was working on their first R/3 release 1.0. To enable us to do performance analysis, we needed a tool to generate a reproducable SAP load on a system. We therefore developed a toolset together with SAP to do this task. Today these tools are known as the toolset behind the SAP Standard Application Benchmarks. We have been keeping track of SAP Performance since that time of R/3 1.0 up to the latest Netweaver releases.
    Besides SAP benchmarks, we have intensively worked on

• monitoring tools for SAP performance,
• OS related basis development like the saposcol,
• quality assurance (final assembly),
• platform provisioning (Linux Lab, Solaris Support, ...)

Our company: *xware       In 1997 Christian Kowarschick and Werner Rüppel have founded the *xware edv-beratung gmbh in Heppenheim, a small village near Heidelberg. We are now a small group of five IT experts who share the same vison.
